Our day rate covers 6 hours. The clock starts when we finish setting up and hand it over, and stops when we arrive to take it down. Need it longer? Additional hours are $50 each - just ask when you book, or tell the driver at drop-off and we will settle up at pickup.

A 50% deposit at checkout locks in your date and your unit. That deposit is non-refundable, but if you give us at least 48 hours' notice we will hold it as a rain-check credit good toward any rental for a year. The other half is due when we deliver.

Yes — choose Klarna or Afterpay at checkout. Pay-over-time bookings work differently: the full rental, delivery and tax are charged when you book (no 50% deposit, and nothing due at delivery), and they are non-refundable, even with 48 hours' notice. If we have to cancel for unsafe weather you get a rain-check credit instead. You will see all of this again, and tick a box confirming it, before you pay.

When a friend books their first rental through your link - or types your email at checkout - we send you $25 off your next rental as soon as their party is done. There is no limit, so every friend who books earns you another $25.

Safety comes first, and West Texas weather turns fast. If severe weather is forecast - heavy rain, lightning, or sustained winds or gusts over 20 mph - we may cancel before delivery, and your deposit carries over as a rain-check. If wind hits 15 to 20 mph while the unit is up, everyone comes off, we deflate it and shut the blower off. Once a unit is set up and your rental has started we cannot refund or credit it.

A flat setup area cleared of rocks, sharp objects, debris and animal mess, plus a gate or path wide enough to get the unit through. Check the unit page for exact dimensions and leave about 5 feet of clearance on all sides. If we arrive and the site is not safe or not ready we may have to cancel, and the deposit is forfeited - so call us first if you are unsure about your yard.

Yes - a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet of where the unit goes. No power on site? Tell us when you book and we will figure something out.

Yes. Our T-Rex slide runs wet from May through September, or dry any time of year. Pick wet or dry when you book. Wet setups need a garden hose within 50 feet and somewhere the runoff can drain away from the house.

No Silly String, gum, candy, food, drinks, shoes, sharp objects, pets or toys in or around the unit. Silly String permanently ruins vinyl - if we find it on a unit, the rental agreement makes you responsible for the full replacement cost. There is also a $100 minimum cleaning fee if a unit comes back excessively dirty.

We sanitize every unit after every use. After a water rental we sanitize it and then let it dry completely before it is rolled up and stored - vinyl that goes into storage damp is how units end up smelling, and ours do not. We also look every unit over before it goes back out on a job.

Whoever signs the rental agreement has to be 18 or older, and a responsible adult needs to supervise the unit the whole time it is inflated. No flips, no wrestling, and group kids by age and size.

Yes. You sign our rental agreement and liability waiver online as part of checkout - it takes about a minute. You will get a copy in your confirmation email, and there is nothing to print or fax.
